We’re proud to offer both paid and unpaid work placements for local young people, delivered in partnership with local colleges and community organisations. These placements give students hands-on experience of life on site, helping them build skills, confidence, and an understanding of the wide range of careers available in construction. Many go on to apprenticeships or longer-term opportunities with us and our trusted partners, creating real pathways into the industry and helping to nurture the next generation of construction professionals.

We take pride in supporting the communities where we work. Through our Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), we keep local residents informed and involved every step of the way. We listen to feedback, address any concerns quickly, and make sure communication is clear and personal. Regular coffee mornings, meet-the-contractor events, and information handbooks or mail drops help us stay connected and ensure residents feel supported throughout the construction process.

My name is Alexa Young
All our management and supervisory staff are directly employed, supported by a skilled multi-trade team delivering every aspect of new build and refurbishment work. Many of our supply chain partners have worked with us for over 14 years, reflecting consistent high performance. Our workforce is fully qualified with SMSTS, CSCS and DBS certifications, ensuring quality and compliance across every site. With in-house design specialists and BIM capability, we deliver smart, efficient solutions. We’re WERS and NERS accredited, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified, and CHAS and SSIP approved — reflecting our commitment to excellence in quality, safety, and environmental management.
