full time - permanent - Uxbridge


Due to continued growth and the award of new projects, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.​ Working closely with the Construction Director, project teams, and key stakeholders, you will play a central role in the successful delivery of high-quality, fast-paced Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion.
​
You will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, safety, quality, and risk, while leading site teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive projects forward efficiently and safely.
​
The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering new-build projects under JCT Design & Build contracts, with the confidence to report to Directors, support bid activity, and represent the business professionally as the primary point of contact on site.

Previous experience in a similar role with minimum 4 year’s experience

Full UK driving licence

Ability to control the progression of the works and produce construction programmes using ASTA software, accounting for project and market constraints.

/ quantity surveyor /

Due to continued growth and the award of new projects, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Contracts Manager, and project teams, you will play a key role in the effective commercial management of fast-paced, high-quality Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will be responsible for managing project budgets, cost control, procurement, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting, while maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently and accurately.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering new-build Design & Build projects under JCT contracts, with the confidence to prepare and present commercial reports, support tender and pre-construction activity, and act as a key commercial point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant qualification

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong working knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts

Proven experience managing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Experience procuring subcontractors and negotiating commercial appointments
-
Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, CVRs, and cashflow management
-
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Windows OS (ASTA experience beneficial)

SMSTS and CSCS (advantageous but not essential)

Full UK driving licence
