Due to continued growth and the award of new projects, we are seeking an experienced and personable Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and client teams, you will play a key role in managing relationships with residents and stakeholders across live construction sites, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the delivery of our projects.
You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for residents, managing communications, addressing concerns, and coordinating access where required. This role involves regular travel to sites across London and the surrounding areas, supporting the smooth delivery of works while minimising disruption to local communities. You will also assist with resident consultations, maintain accurate records of interactions, and ensure all communications are handled professionally and sensitively.
The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, and capable of building strong relationships with residents, clients, and site teams. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent communication skills, organisation, and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role (construction or housing sector preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to handle sensitive situations and resolve complaints professionally

Highly organised with strong administrative and record-keeping skills

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites

Understanding of construction processes and site environments (advantageous but not essential)

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites

/ quantity surveyor /

Due to continued growth and the award of new projects, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Contracts Manager, and project teams, you will play a key role in the effective commercial management of fast-paced, high-quality Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will be responsible for managing project budgets, cost control, procurement, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting, while maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently and accurately.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering new-build Design & Build projects under JCT contracts, with the confidence to prepare and present commercial reports, support tender and pre-construction activity, and act as a key commercial point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant qualification

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong working knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts

Proven experience managing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Experience procuring subcontractors and negotiating commercial appointments

Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, CVRs, and cashflow management
-
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Windows OS (ASTA experience beneficial)
-
SMSTS and CSCS (advantageous but not essential)
-
Full UK driving licence
