The project involved constructing a state-of-the-art Science and Mathematics Centre over an eighty-week period, durable reinforced concrete (RC) frame, complemented by precast concrete planks and cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels. The materials ensured structural integrity while promoting sustainability through the use of eco-friendly construction elements, combining modern architectural design with enhanced energy efficiency. The design included brickwork facades highlighted by three highly detailed new chimneys.

This project saw the seamless integration of modern functionality with the timeless elegance expected of a long-standing family business. The scheme included a beautifully designed new chapel, a luxury boardroom, dedicated staff meeting rooms, and high-specification office space. Thoughtfully planned facilities were also incorporated to enhance comfort and accessibility for both staff and visitors. Dolphin Square is one of the most prestigious and famous addresses in London. Its sophisticated and luxurious sports and fitness club offers a refined five-star experience for members, and the complete refurbishment of the gym and leisure facilities needed to be finished to the very highest standards, with minimum disruption to the Square’s residents. A phased approach was taken to ensure that some facilities always remained operational, and we worked closely with Dolphin Square management to minimise noise and maximise access.
