Because we develop, build and connect our own schemes, we approach utility infrastructure differently. Our delivery is shaped by real construction constraints, live programmes and commercial accountability.

We hold NERS and WIRS accreditation, enabling us to self-deliver regulated power and water infrastructure where appropriate, while retaining the flexibility to manage third-party providers where this offers best value for the project.

This development of 8 residential units required the construction and installation of a new substation. We delivered the full electrical package, including the build and commissioning of the substation and installation of low-voltage cabling from the sub to the building. All works were completed in-house, ensuring a safe, efficient, and fully compliant power supply.
