Nottingham One is a prominent waterside development comprising four blocks of high-density residential apartments. We undertook the complete removal of combustible cladding across the complex, replacing it with high-performance, non-combustible alternatives that meet the latest fire safety standards. Our work was carried out with great care to preserve the unique architectural character and striking appearance of the development. By blending safety-focused innovation with thoughtful design, we’ve ensured that Nottingham One is a safe and distinctive feature on the city’s skyline.
