At Nottingham One, a high-density urban housing development in the heart of Nottingham city centre, we replaced combustible cladding with non-combustible alternatives to enhance resident safety. Comprising four residential apartment blocks along the waterside, this project preserved the distinctive and characterful aesthetic of the development while prioritising safety and sustainability. We were proud to contribute to creating a secure and resilient living environment for the residents.
