shortlisted for Inside Housing Development Award

We’re delighted to share that our Edith Road project has been shortlisted for the Inside Housing Development Award - Best Affordable Housing Development (up to £5m).

Delivered in partnership with Haringey Council and designed by architect Satish Jassal, Edith Road is a 100% social rent scheme that has transformed a former estate car park into eight net-zero homes. With 75% family-sized properties, these homes are generous, light-filled, and connected to the park opposite, a great example of how small infill sites can deliver meaningful social impact.

This recognition highlights what can be achieved when design, collaboration, and purpose come together. Projects like Edith Road demonstrate that council housing can be both sustainable and community-building.
