VICTORIA HOUSE
beckton / 2022

A 400sq meter extension for T Cribb and Sons at their flagship location in Beckton. The scheme included a new chapel, luxury board room, staff meeting rooms and office space as well as facilities for both staff and visitors. 

commercial MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS

george lane
south woodford / 2020

George Lane was a residential and 
commercial project. This project included a development of nine residential flats with two commercial retail units below.

Alexander James Contracts completed a renovation of the staff accommodation, main corridors, medical centre and external repairs.

Religious Sites

welling baptist church
bexely heath / 2020

The Welling Baptist Church project was the full refurbishment of The Vine: Christian  Community Church in Bexley Heath.

During the 12-week programme we completely gutted and renovated the main hall, reception area and toilet facilities including the removal of the asbestos ceiling above the stage.

chesham rugby club
chesham / 2017

This project was procured under a JCT Design & Build 2016. The project comprised of the new build construction of a new 400m² clubhouse for the local rugby club. The new facility included a large function room, four changing rooms, commercial kitchen, toilet facilities and bar. The clubhouse was built on top of the Chiltern Hills academy.
