Since 2012 Alexander James Contracts have just completed their 170th project. Over the years we have been lucky to work with some great clients on a wide array of schemes. In both the private and public sector we completed works to external facades as well as commercial and residential premises. RESIDENTIAL
From one off dwellings, luxury flats to housing for social tenants we pride ourselves on providing housing in both the private and public sector. Due to years of experience in London, Alexander James Contracts have come to specialize in working on tight residential sites where access is limited and logistics need to be a focal point.
COMMERCIAL
Over the years Alexander James Contracts have been blessed to be involved with all manner of exciting commercial projects. From the new build construction of sports facilities, extensions to schools, refurbishment of religious sites and provision of new retail space there is no commercial project that we cannot execute for our clients.
EXTERNALS
From window replacement, stone repairs, external decorations and landscaping we are perfectly placed to deal with all manner of external works packages. With a dedicated division we use our main contracting experience to manage clients, residents and our supply chain to ensure a seamless process.
