We as residents of The Underwood SE9 3EP would like to give this recommendation for the builders and contractors who built the houses in our road. All of them were helpful, polite and respectful to us, the noise was minimal as possible. Roads kept clear of Any debris. Any queries we had were answered and taken care of within the shortest time by Tomas the foreman, Kevin is friendly and helpful to us as well. This was all done while the virus and lockdown as well.

Positively the whole experience went well and the processes in place were good. The project team lead by Kevin Mullarkey were very attentive in all areas.
I particularly as COW carry out staged handovers keeping a close eye on quality, accuracy, construction safety and client satisfaction. I found minimal snags and the snags identified in first and second fix stages were addressed swiftly.
The end result was the projects finished within the contract period, the Contract Administrator and the client happy and the contractor being asked to tender for future projects.

We have been working with AJC for over 12 months on direct delivery schemes with Greenwich builds , a development arm of London Borough of Greenwich.
We have successfully delivered 2 schemes , The Underwood
(8 houses) and Flintmill, (2 houses) both schemes are social rented, SIPs panel construction and include fully adapted wheelchair homes. They have been well received by the client and the incoming tenants.
The schemes were delivered on program (practical completion was March 2021 ) and within budget and we found AJC proactive in their approach. They managed the consultants and team well and were conscious throughout the duration of the contract of program and costs.
